The IMMCT 2027 registration fees are listed below. Participants should select the appropriate category according to their submission and attendance status.

USD amounts are provided for reference. The final payment amount will be calculated according to the exchange rate applicable on the actual payment date.
Registration Categories
For authors whose full papers have been accepted for publication and presentation. Each accepted paper must be covered by an eligible author registration according to the final registration policy.
For participants who submit an abstract and deliver an oral presentation without publishing a full paper in the conference proceedings. Presentation arrangements are subject to review and confirmation.
For participants who wish to attend the conference without submitting a paper or giving a presentation. Co-authors and accompanying persons who attend the conference should register under the applicable listener category.

Registration Notes
- Every participant must complete the appropriate registration before attending the conference.
- Student registration requires the first author and presenter to be a student. Valid student identification may be requested.
- One regular author registration is intended to cover one accepted paper. The final coverage rule will be confirmed with the official fee schedule.
- Authors and presenters should complete registration within the deadline stated in the official acceptance or registration notice.
- Any group registration arrangement or discount will be announced separately. Please contact the conference secretary after the official registration notice is released.
Payment Information
Online payment through RDLink is preferred. Bank transfer and PayPal options are also available. Please contact the conference secretary for payment details and confirmation instructions.

Visa requirements depend on nationality, travel purpose, and the immigration policies in effect at the time of travel. Participants should consult the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate and the relevant official immigration authorities for current requirements.
If a visa is required, participants are advised to begin the application process well in advance. Passports should remain valid for the period required by the relevant authorities.
IMMCT 2027 cannot guarantee visa approval. Each participant is responsible for completing the appropriate application and providing all required documentation.
